Loving Jesus

The term “prime the pump” is meaningful to anyone who grew up in the country. To get water out of a deep well you pour water into the pump and start moving the handle up and down. Water starts to trickle out and then comes out in a great gush. This principle can be applied to the Christian’s “praise pump”. You may feel lacking in the ability to praise or perhaps you are waiting for a spiritual feeling. Start with a little praise and pour it out by speaking it aloud. You “prime the praise pump” and praise will start to flow from your inner most being.
